These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the useqraft service, available at useqraft.com, published by DVS Web (Evan Davison). By using useqraft, you accept these Terms without reservation.
useqraft is a service for generating, customizing, and sharing QR codes. It is freely accessible after creating an account. Features include creating various types of QR codes (URL, text, Wi-Fi, vCard, etc.), export to PNG/JPEG/PDF, public sharing, and scan statistics.
useqraft offers two subscription plans:
Payments are processed exclusively by Stripe, a PCI DSS certified provider. DVS Web does not store any banking data. The Pro subscription is commitment-free: you can cancel at any time from the Stripe billing portal accessible via your useqraft account.
Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, a 7-day grace period applies before your permanent QR codes are deactivated and revert to free plan conditions (30-day expiration). No prorated refunds are granted, except where required by applicable law.
Registration is free and open to any adult individual. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials. Any fraudulent access or misuse may result in account suspension.

You retain all rights to the content you encode in your QR codes. DVS Web claims no rights to your data. You can delete your account and all your data at any time from your profile.
useqraft is provided "as is", with no guarantee of continuous availability. DVS Web reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, particularly for maintenance. No compensation may be claimed in this regard.
DVS Web shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, nor for the content of QR codes created by users.
These Terms may be modified at any time. Users will be notified by email or via a notification on the service in the event of a substantial modification. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
